Job Description
Body by T Fitness is Charlotte's premier urban Strength and Conditioning Facility. Not only do we specialize in team-style training but we offer the hottest Hip-hop Bootcamp in the city taking our client's fitness goals to the next level. As a Bootcamp coach your responsibilities would include:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs to All athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels.
Programs include sports performance and small group functional training.
Implement new training methods, programs, and protocols.
Track workouts in real-time through Myzone Performance technology.
Motivate, measure, and improve results with every session.
Create a professional, safe, and fun environment.
Delivery Community, experience, and results with each session.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility/equipment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Coach small to large groups of individuals from all fitness levels thru strength and metabolic style workouts
Be able to explain and demonstrate proper exercise form and provide options to accommodate various fitness levels
Bring amazing energy and a positive attitude every single day
Must be willing to promote, sell, and add to our amazing culture
Assist with additional club responsibilities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field is preferred but not necessary
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Desire and capacity to coach all fitness levels
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Prior group fitness instructor experience preferred, but not necessary
Great attitude
