Welcome to Twinkle Toes™, North Charlotte's only pediatrician recommended nanny agency! We offer in-home nanny care on a full-time and part-time basis. Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency also offers babysitting services, as well as after school care, mothers helper care, and event sitting.

Twinkle Toes is looking for nannies to place with some of our amazing families in the Charlotte and surround areas.

Once you're on the Twinkle Toes team, you'll have access to our online scheduling system. This will allow you to pick up extra shifts, if you want, and do babysitting on nights and weekends.

You must be:

• Willing to commit long term
• Have childcare experience
• Excellent references
• A clean background
• Your own reliable vehicle
• CPR certified or be willing to get certified
• And most importantly, you must love babies and children!

Schedule:

Full time or Part time positions

Compensation and Benefits:

• $17 - $20 per hour
• Weekly Pay- direct deposit every Friday
• Flexibility to work the schedule you choose

• A Nanny decides which families they provide childcare for

Nanny responsibilities:

• Engaging with the children on an age-appropriate level, both inside and outside the home
• Doing hands on learning activities with the children
• Setting/following feeding, activity and nap schedules

Household duties:

• Childs laundry
• Childs meal prep
• Unloading/loading dishwasher
• Wiping down kitchen counters
• Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the child
• Emptying diaper trash

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with pets in home
• Have or willing to obtain CPR certification for Child/Infant
• Have your own reliable vehicle
• Have a clean background check
• Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, caregiver, babysitter, childcare provider, or teacher for 2 years minimum
