Job Description
Engineering Freshman Learning Community Teaching Assistant
Beginning Fall 2024
Teaching assistant needed on Tuesdays from 2PM-4PM (Class meets on Tuesdays 2:30-3:45) and additional hours around student's class schedule
Essential Job Duties:
Attendance and classroom management in ENGR 0600
Assist in FLC program planning and activities
Assist in FLC recruiting
Other Work/Responsibilities: Assist with OSDS program activities
Department Preferred Experience: Engineering
Work locations will include: Smith, STORRS and Hawthorn Hall
Skills, Training/Education: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, computer skills, organizational skills, time management, reliable
