Serve as the liaison and Subject Matter Expert between the business users, Child Support/Services program area, and technical teams Ensure understanding of priorities, business needs, schedule, status, and deliverables amongst members of the business, program and technical teams Manage day-to-day communication and ensure rapid resolution of requests and questions from business users and technical teams Facilitate sessions with business, program and technical teams to understand business needs, identify and design solutions, and develop use cases Create formal documentation for Business, Functional and Technical requirements, Functional and Technical Design, and Use Cases Lead development of formal Test Plans and test data in collaboration with the business, program and technical teams Facilitate, document and coordinate business User Acceptance Testing Prepare necessary forms and documentation for implementation Analyze and recommend process improvements Must be able to work independently Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
