Company Overview: Pneuma Behavioral Health is a Charlotte, NC based mental health company providing outpatient behavioral health services to patients throughout North Carolina. As a dynamic and innovative organization, we are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in the expansion of our digital marketing efforts.

Job Description:

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for our company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Collaborate with the Director of Communications and program locations to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for content creation and promotion.
• Assist in community management by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
• Support other digital marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for social media marketing and digital trends.
