PSA Talent Management Intern

  • Location: Charlotte, NC
  • Work Schedule: 12 week, Temporary Full Time (40 hours per week); some work on nights and weekends
  • Reports To: Supervisor of Recruiting

What to expect
This twelve-week full-time summer internship program kicks off with an orientation and training session, led by our HR professionals. Our team members and mentors will help you navigate while continuing to learn about our businesses and HR functions. You will be challenged to perform at the highest levels of excellence and are rewarded for your achievements in a demanding environment. Access to senior management and a strong network of peers will promote ongoing professional development throughout the summer. Top performing interns may receive a full-time offer to join one of our HR functions.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Assisting recruiters with pre-screening, interviews, candidate engagement, and the offer process
  • Bring forward new business prospective and creative thinking on HR processes
  • Drive candidate excitement
  • Building of sustainable relationships with external and internal candidates as well as other business partners

  • Attend college/university in the U.S.
  • Working towards Human Resources, Business Management, and Communication related degree program require
  • Expected graduation date of December 2024 – June 2025 from a Bachelors program
  • If  hired, you must be able to demonstrate authorization to work permanently in the U.S.


To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Must be local to Dayton, OH or Charlotte, NC, we do not offer housing or any type of moving assistance for this position.

  • Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
  • Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.  This is largely a sedentary role; however, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb up and down stairs; lift weight up to 25 lbs; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
