About the Client Success Delivery Intern

The Client Success Intern provides exceptional service to our clients by facilitating communication and project work for the Client Success Team. The primary focus for the Client Success Intern is the assistance in project work and ensuring time-sensitive client campaign materials are available and updated in our system. The Client Success Intern responds to help diagnose problems through discussion with users and internal team members, and assists team members with project workloads. The primary focus for the Client Success Intern is effective and efficient project management and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to the Client Success Team on a variety of common client deliverables

• Coordinate a variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Learn and apply an in-depth understanding of the client's business, business rules, and business processes as they relate to the BrandMuscle solution

• Demonstrate an understanding of template-based creative functionality, including providing direction to the Graphic Operations team and completing required creative documentation and testing

• Provide problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps

• Test for quality assurance including functional and creative projects and site upgrade testing

• Log bugs and follow up with applicable teams in a timely manner

• Attending project meetings and project status meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress in marketing, technology, or a related field required

• Advertising industry knowledge and commitment to client success required

• Self-starter, ability to work without direct supervision

• Ability to learn new software quickly

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Experience working in cross-functional, multi-location teams

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
