USIS Contract Analyst, Mass Operations

As the USIS Contract Analyst, Mass Operations, you will work in a fast-paced and high-energy department supporting the USIS Contract Analysts who execute contract reviews, transcribe contractual billing terms and audit responsibilities by designing and implementing automated solutions. This position, which is critical to revenue retention and growth, requires high output, strong analytical ability, good relationship building skills, and extensive internal business process knowledge.

This role reports to the Leader of USIS Mass Operations and will be a hybrid workplace model offering the ultimate flexibility to work remotely as well as in our beautiful office in Midtown! (This is NOT a fully-remote role)

What You'll Do: Implement and support the automated mass operational solutions to handle complex and diverse contractual issues in conjunction with sales initiatives Key responsibility to focus on mass operational tasks and support high volume requests before month end close (location adds, end users and cancellations) Proactively look for process improvements and additional ways to streamline the process through further automation Serve as liaison between USIS Contract to Order team and Billing/Finance/Technology regarding issue resolution and process improvement initiatives tied but not limited to contract order management Assist with the preparation and delivery of metric-based reporting Support and participate critical stakeholder calls and based on risks identified as workflows outside of standards Act as resource for answers/guidance for employee questions and investigates through research any concerns that arise Assist with the manual order management queue when volumes fluctuate

What Experience You Need: 1 - 2 years of data and/or business analysis experience 2 years of advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree 1 years of experience in project management disciplines
