About The Role:

Looking for a career in Learning and Development? This internship will give you the opportunity to create real content and training modules for our employees. If you love working on graphics, videos, training, and getting creative, then this is an internship for you!

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
• State instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.)
• Maintain project documentation and course folders.

Qualifications:

• Must be working toward a bachelor’s degree.
• Previous instructional design experience or coursework preferred.

Pay Information: $15/hr.
