Identify, track, report and resolve critical dependency issues Keep records and provide reports to management team on a regular & timely basis Maintain and develop business relationships with internal and external partners Utilize internal learning platforms and training resources to support use of software and technology Generate weekly schedules Schedule non-phone activities Monitor attendance/schedule adherence and take appropriate action as needed Proof-read and make recommendations for e-mails, reports and collateral materials Special projects & ad hoc reporting as required Active participation in team meetings and Co-op programming
