The student will be working up to 10 hours per week creating and managing office communications including office Instagram and TikTok accounts, digital signage, flier design, and calendar and website announcements. Additional roles for representing the Office through tabling events, student organization visits, drop-in hours, and OUR yearly events including URC is required. The student would also work on specific projects associated with OUR related activities. This role may assist with basic administrative functions of the office including but not limited to light office duties (answering phones, filing, scanning, and oral and written communication).
