This is a Temporary Full-Time position. This role collaborates within a team atmosphere and stakeholders to accomplish business intelligence priorities, in support of a broader objective to improve organizational insight and decision-making. Primary responsibility of this role is to refine SitusAMC's business intelligence offerings including stored procedures, reports and dashboards, database structures, collaborative ad hoc analysis, and consistent quality control.

This is a full-time internship effective from June 3rd through August 23rd. The intern is expected to work remotely and deliver results while working and collaborating in a team atmosphere. The intern will work one-on-one with a Supervisor and/or Manager to develop Business Intelligence to key internal clients and stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:

• Build and develop complex Tableau Dashboards

• Create complex SQL queries to extract data from operational systems

• Fulfill requests in a timely manner, ranging from custom ad hocs to strategic dashboards

• Release approved stored procedures, dashboards, and reports to production and assist in operational release cycles

• Administrate the business intelligence application including software maintenance, new user setup, object-level security, and site management before, during, and after releases

• Learn, grow, and improve the team's ability to make business intelligence a critical asset to the organization

• Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in preferred field of study to include finance, real estate, accounting, economics and/or business administration

• Student must be a Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student

• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

• 1-3 years of experience building SQL statements

• 1-3 years working with a business intelligence tool

• 1-3 years of mortgage experience preferred

Special Requirements:

• The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($22.50/hour - $). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.

The hourly rate for our undergraduate interns is anticipated to be $22.50/hour. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a revise of relevant education, experience, training, skills, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. All full-time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including 401K, medical, dental, visions, life, and disability insurance, in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
