Collaborate with other MAPS coaches to facilitate weekly group transition coaching/mentoring sessions to all interested students currently pursuing a degree offered by the College of Engineering. Openly and regularly communicate and collaborate with the MAPS Program Director to iteratively improve the effectiveness of the MAPS participant experience and develop new promotional material. Work with the MAPS Program Director to continuously improve the program structure, curriculum and all associated activities and events. Provide a unique College of Engineering student/MAPS coach-based perspective in your communications with MAPS program participants.

Hours will be flexible and consistent with class schedule. May include some evening hours.
