We are adding May '24 new graduates to our teams in all of our locations. Our new colleagues would typically have a shiny new Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or something similar. New staff will be part of engineering design teams in Transportation, Land Development, or Municipal / Infrastructure Departments.

Not sure exactly what type of civil engineering you want to do? We might be a fit for you. We don’t pigeon-hole or staff, especially our new grads. You may get a chance to work on a variety of project types. Too many of the Mega-Big Companies are organized by work type – we stress collaboration and sharing of teammates between all of our departments.

Our most successful incoming employees will embrace the hands-on American Academy training program, have an intellectual curiosity, and ask a lot of questions of the numerous PEs on that team. We have reasonable expectations of our new grads…we assume we are going to have to teach you most everything you will need to know as part of our engineering design teams.
