All UNC Charlotte graduate students, postdocs, alumni with graduate degrees are welcome to attend - there is no charge for attendees. The event is held in The Friday Center at UNC Chapel Hill.
More than 50 employers attend this event, including BD, EPRI, Indeed, KPMG, NC State Crime Lab, Research Square, Oak Ridge, US FDA, and Wells Fargo. The full list of registered employers is available online at

- Employers will be offering full-time jobs and/or internships.
- Employers will conduct information sessions throughout the event. A schedule of information sessions will be provided at the event.
- The event facility does not open to candidates until 12pm (there is no space at the event for candidates to wait for the event to open).
- Graduate students and alumni with graduate degrees from any university are welcome to attend this event.
- Candidates are responsible for their own transportation to the fair.

Come early for the “Behind the Scenes: Chat with HR” educational session at the NC Master’s & Doctoral Career Fair on November 12th. We’ve added a an educational session that will be held from 11:00-11:45am (before the career fair begins at 12:00pm) at the Friday Center. The conversation with HR representatives is an educational and interactive gathering that will allow a few registered students to hear from employers who will share information about the various ATS systems and how they work, discovering trends in interviewing, and gaining general recommendations for the application and interview process.
Limited seating will be available, so sign up early via the online link (for your school): Registration will close on Friday, November 1st.
*Registration for the session is separate from your registration for the career fair.
