Irina Cozma is originally from Romania where she did her B.A. in Psychology (with an Erasmus scholarship in Barcelona, Spain for a semester) and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology. Then Irina completed an M.A. in Strategic HR Management in Salamanca, Spain with a scholarship from the Spain External Affairs Ministry. In 2007 she moved to U.S. to start her PhD in Organizational Psychology at University of Tennessee, Knoxville and in 2011 she moved to Pittsburgh to start working at DDI, a talent management consulting company where she is now a senior consultant. In her role Irina partners and advises clients to drive business performance through leadership initiatives focused on selection, development, and coaching.

Career Meet Ups are 30-45 minute small group sessions focused on specific topics and led by career coaches or industry professionals. Meet Ups may be virtual or in-person for Fall 2020, and you’ll have the opportunity to gain information, ask questions, and get some practice.
