Beth Butler, Executive Director of DisabilityIn, will be discussing disclosure as it relates to disabilities in the workplace. Join us to learn about the difference between self disclosure and self identification while navigating the hiring process with a disability. Audience will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end. Career Meet Ups are 30-45 minute small group sessions focused on specific topics and led by career coaches or industry professionals. Meet Ups may be virtual or in-person for Fall 2020, and you’ll have the opportunity to gain information, ask questions, and get some practice.
