Notice: This event has ended. The information presented below is for historical reference only.

Tuesday, October 23, 2018, 2:30 - 3:15 pm

University Career Center Classroom (Atkins 146)

In this session you'll learn about teaching options for students without an Education degree or teaching licensure. Find out about lateral entry teaching opportunities and paths to licensure. You'll learn some teacher job search basics and get a chance to ask any questions you have about teaching as a career.
If you're interested in teaching, don't miss the Education Networking Night on November 1, 5-6:30pm in the Halton Reading Room (career.uncc.edu/events); it's free an open to everyone. At the event, you'll have the chance to talk with principals and staff from area schools.
Interested in options for teacher licensure, but not able to make the meet-up? Contact Bethany Myers (bddawkin@uncc.edu).
