**Position Overview:**

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in social media management, event planning, customer service, and front desk procedure documentation. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and contribute to various aspects of our organization.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Manage and curate content for our organization's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
2. Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, respond to comments and messages, and assist in community management efforts.
3. Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
4. Support customer service initiatives by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns received through social media channels and other communication channels.
5. Collaborate with the team to create engaging and visually appealing social media content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
6. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing vendor events, including vendor communications, logistics management, and on-site event support.
7. Participate in post-event activities, such as collecting feedback, analyzing event performance metrics, and lessons learned.
8. Take on a front desk procedure documentation project to create comprehensive documentation outlining front desk procedures, protocols, and best practices.
9. Work closely with front desk staff to understand daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and document step-by-step procedures for various tasks.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure that front desk procedure documentation is accurate, user-friendly, and up-to-date.

**Qualifications:**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Spanish Proficient as we are a bilingual business.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in social media management, event planning, customer service, or documentation projects including personal channels is a plus!

**Duration:** 10 weeks; 30 hours per week
