Job Summary:

Join our dynamic sales team as a Field Sales Intern, where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Director of Sales to support all aspects of outside/field sales processes. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in generating leads, engaging with clients, and contributing to the growth of our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Director of Sales in executing field sales strategies and initiatives.

Actively participate in lead generation efforts, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking events.

Accompany sales representatives on client visits to observe and learn the sales process firsthand.

Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business expansion.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales efforts.

Take initiative in self-led lead generation activities, leveraging various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and industry events.

Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, with a desire to learn and develop sales skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and willingness to take on new challenges.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus.

Availability to travel locally for client meetings and sales-related events, as needed.
