Summary

This position is located in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA), Office of Information Systems Management (OISM). The incumbent performs strategic analysis and planning, ensuring compliance with Federal Records Management laws and regulations.

This position is remote-within the local commuting area. If selected, you must reside in the local commuting area and will have to report to an FDA worksite on an irregular basis.

Duties

  • Provides subject matter expertise in records and information management to offices and programs.
  • Collaborates with Information Technology staff to develop and implement new business processes related to regulatory changes, improve workflow efficiencies and effectiveness, and test new updated software.
  • Performs strategic analysis and planning, ensuring compliance with Federal Records Management laws and regulation.
  • Maintains record keeping systems ensuring compliance with Federal laws and regulations, executive mandates, and directives.
