At PrideStaff we consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most. We’re seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to extend our local reach through expert cultivation and development of new business opportunities and relationships in Charlotte, NC.

The ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build relationships. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. We are looking for strong leadership skills and motivation to grow within the industry. This person will join a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Pay Range $40,000-$50,000 annually plus commission

Monday - Friday 8:30am  - 5:00pm, Hybrid / Flexible work schedule

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as develop relationships with new clients. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies. 
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions. 
  • Create new sales opportunities through prospecting
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business
  • Stay up to date with industry knowledge, trends, and market developments
  • Develop business contacts through active participation in business-oriented or community programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
