Position: Junior Sales and Marketing Associate

Compensation:

• Base pay: $8/hour

           PLUS:

• Bonus: $15 for each sales appointment set and attended
• Distribution bonus: $0.25 per iFoam flyer, business card, or yard sign distributed (expected volume of 1,000 per week)
• Commission: 5% on the Gross Sale amount for each estimate sold and installed

Job Overview: iFoam Insulation is seeking a dynamic and energetic Junior Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team for the summer. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the home improvement industry. The associate will be actively involved in promoting our insulation services through various channels and direct customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms.
• Accompany sales professionals to client appointments to observe and learn the sales process.
• Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and in-person.
• Canvass neighborhoods to distribute marketing materials and gather potential leads.
• Participate in networking events and expos to promote iFoam Insulation services.
