Keller Technology Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of Special Machinery and Automation Systems, is seeking an individual currently in the college of mechanical engineering.  Knowledge and skills using AutoCad and/or Solidworks, MS Excel and other MS Office applications are a positive for this internship position.

This position will report to the engineering manager. The candidate will work with the engineering manager, project managers, electrical engineers, and mechanical engineers.

Here is a list of potential tasks during the internship....
Work with sales and proposal to develop quotes for customers.
Work in Solidworks to develop parts, assemblies, BOMs and detail prints for proposal and custom machinery.
Research of new technology for items associated with custom machinery.
Develop/Improve the current Kanban system used for our inventory project.
Check Drawings and make corrections to drawings.
Work with MS Excel to help KTC with many different project tasks.

The candidate will be responsible to track daily tasks and will need to write a summary report of tasks completed and knowledge obtained at the end of the internship.
